Ku Dtao Sub-district

History

In the past the people thought the area looked like a turtle so they called it 'Ku Dtao'. It became
later Ku Dtao Sub-district. It is located in the Hatyai Org a nization and is divided into ten

sub-divisions including Ban Bang Noad Nok, Ban Bang Noad Nai, Ban Laem Pho, Ban Koh Nok, Ban
Kuan, Ban Ku Dtao, Ban Dtai, Ban Wat Don, Ban Hua Kwai, and Ban Bang Tong.

Ku Dtao Sub-district, Hatyai District is located north of Hatyai. The center of the sub-district is

15 kilometers from the district and the furthest, Ban Koh Nok is 17 kilometers away.
