11. The left hand holds the end of the foot while the right hand holds
the ankle using the thumb to rub underneath the ankle bone then use the
thumb to circle clockwise aroud the ankle bone.
12. Use the thumb to press on the Lymph gland
J 3. The thumbs are placed on the top of the ankle, press by switching
fingers on the ankle
