Massaging the Calf and Thigh







                                            1. The left hand holds the end of the foot while the right hand rubs up
                                            on the inner part of the calf applying pressure and then alternate to rub
                                            on the outer part.












                                            2. Fingers rub down the front calf in 3 strips.














                                            3. Use the index finger to rub down on the outer calf.















                                            4. Use the index finger to press down on the calf in rhythm.















                                            5. Use your hand to rub down from the shin to the calf.
