Massaging the top of the foot

1. Use the left hand to bold the top of the foot while the right hand is
made into a fist and rubs around in a clockwise motion

2. Use the knuckles to rub accross the top of the foot towards the

thumb

3. The left hand holds under the foot, use the knuckles of the right
hand to rub up and down the top of the foot.

4. Use the thumb to hold the big toe while using the knuckle of the
index finger to press it against the big toe, repeat for alJ toes.

5. Put the 4 fingers of both hands in the middle of the top side of the
foot and the 2 thumbs under, go up and down with the 2 hand meeting

at the toes.
