5. Monkey shows, this is a tradition from the past. The black monkey represents the devil and
the white monkey is the symbol of morality. This tradition has been cancelled for more than 70 years. The
writer has never seen this tradition performed. But the old villagers, over 90 years old used to see it.

6. Manipulating the hermit "Ook Rusee"
The hermit is the representation of a holy teacher. This puppet has power against evil and
dangerous obstacles. It is believed that this puppet can overcome the devil and ordain the success of the
show, that makes it popular with the audience. This puppet will be shown just one time.

7. Manipulation of Shiva or cow puppets
