Processing the Thai Herbs Course

         Importance
























                    The instructor saw that the many villagers  planted lemon grass but because it is a plant with
         little value and did not they have much use for it. But lemon grass has many uses such as improving blood
         circulation, and releasing excessive gas in the digestive system. It  can  be utilised in many  recipes. The

         instructor had the idea to raise its value. He decided to teach interested people from different regions about
         the benefit of herbs for the body.

         Aim
                    1. For  the youth to  obtain  information and  be  envisioned with the  possibilities  in food

         technology professions
                    2. To be creative in modifying various plants usage
                    3. For new job openings and extra income
                    4. To increase the beneficial use of herbs

         Objective

                    1. To get information and understand the benefits of Thai herbs.
                    2. T o   apply it and develop it into main occupations

         Course Contents

                    Consisting of the 3 following parts:
                    1. Preparing materials and ingredients
                    2. Packaging

                    3. Consuming
         Study Time

                    20-hour course

                    Theory: 4 hours
                    Practice:  16 hours
