Ingredients
1. Lemon grass 6. Salt
2. Kaffir lime leaves 7. Crystal sugar
3. Oil 8. Palm sugar
4. Pandanus leaves fragrance 9. Shrimp paste
5. Garlic 10. Tumeric powder
Instructions
1. Slice the lemon grass and kaffir lime leaves
2. Blend the lemon grass thoroughly
3. Prepare all the ingredients according to recipe instructions
4. Heat the pan, add the oil, fry the Pandanus leaves until the fragrance fills the room
5. Put the sljced Kaffir lime leaves into the pan and stir until fragrant , then the sliced lemon
grass and stir fry together for about 15 minutes.
6. Other Ingredients
Salt
- Crystal sugar
- Palm sugar
- Coconut milk
Water
Dissolve these ingredients in a little water, then stir fry together until yellow and crispy, add
some tumeric powder to taste.

1 . Storing it in jars of various sizes
2. Packaging it in a plastic bags
