The inspiration came from elders who had experience in using herbs. She organized it
into a local curriculum and taught it school and various students improved and applied the knowledge and

made a living out startingin 2544. For the past 20 years she has been teaching the community, participating
and winning many contests organized by various agencies.

Manufacturing food products from local herbs into a herbal chili paste, herbal drinks
that have been advertised via the TV, the radio, and other medias. For the past19 years it has created new job
opportunities for people in Nattawee and Bang Klum Sub-district, and Hatyai District and it is an OTOP
product in Songkhla's One-District One-Product Scheme.
