           Importance

                   Boxing is  the art  of  self-defense  with  rules  and  procedures  as a  legacy from ancient
           Thailand. Boxing is a course where the students can exercise, get fit, control their body in fighting
           and gain confidence in defending themselves. They can also become professional athletes as well as gain

           individual and nationwide recognition.


           Goals
                    1. Describe and analyze the history of Thai Boxing.

                   2. Discuss the value and benefits of Thai Boxing.
                   3. Participate in preserving and teaching Thai Boxing.


           Objectives

                    1. Thai Boxing is a Thai national fighting art, which all Thai people should recognize as
           worth preserving as part of the cultural heritage of this nation.
                    2. Boxing is a course where students can exercise to have a healthy body just as any sport

           or as a profession.
                    3. For preserving Thai boxing


           Course Contents

                    Containing the 2 following materials:
                    1. Tools and materials to learn Thai Boxing.
                    2. Learning to defend oneself in the art of Thai boxing.


           Study Time

                    Course of Muay Thai: 20 Hours
                    Theory: 2 hours

                   Practice: 18 hours


           Lesson Contents
                    Teaching materials consist of six parts
                    1. General know ledge of Thai Boxing.

                    2. Developing physical fitness.
                    3. Thai Boxing Wai Kru.
