Importance

Nowadays more people are interested in looking after themselves naturally. Reflexology of the
foot is one science that has become very popular. The Health Ministry is also promoting it by opening
training sessions for the general public in such places as Medical Hospital Centers. There are no handbooks

for reflexology so procedures must be instructed individually.
Aim

I. To impart the correct information to those who are interested in health care

2. To bring in better health to the unhealthy
3. To instruct about the reflex points on the foot and share it

4. Different parts of the body
5. The duty of the masseur and how they should operate

6. How the recipients of the reflexology should act
7. Results from putting pressure on the reflex points
8. Cautions in each system of putting pressure
9. Sequence in each system of putting presure

10. Disease diagnosis from pressuring the various points
