How to do fruit and vegetable carving

                     The art of fuit and vegetable carving  dates back to the  Sukhothai Era in the days of
          Master  Somdetprarooangjao.  In  the  book  of  Lady  Noppamat  there  are  record  of  the  different

          traditions  and  customs.  The  Palace  ladies  were  taught  the  arts  of house  keeping  and  cooking.
          They later passed this knowledge on to other generations. The art of fruit carving should be passed
          down  to  our  future  generations  in  order  for  foreigners  to  be  able  to  experience  the  beauty  and
          intricacy of the patterns used and to recognize the skills used in the Thai style fruit carving.

          Goals

                     1. For the student to learn about fruit carving
                     2. For the student to use their free time to supplement their income
                     3. To preserve the art of fruit carving
