Confectioning the Joh Hoo Dessert

           How to Prepare the dough

                       1. Mixing rice flour and sticky rice flour together
                      2. Mix the salt with water to dissolve it

                      3. Add the salty water and palm sugar to the flour and mix it until in becomes smooth.
           How to Deep Fry the Joh Hoo Dessert

                       1. Heat oil in the pan on a high heat

                      2. Make the prepared dough into little balls, roll it out onto a banana leaf and flatten it into a
           circle then pierce a hole into the middle.
                       3. Fry in the hot oil until fluffy and brown. The Joh Hoo dessert is yummy and crunchy on the
           outside and soft inside.
