Development to generate income from skill

Around 5-6 years ago the cultural instructor asked for a buget from the Administration Office
of Pangyang Sub-district to be used in teaching and performing in different areas, but the Adminsitration

Office could not support him. He then became a cultural instructor because of successfully teaching one
group in Wat Samee School. The school director, teachers, parents, and the Administration Office requested
for him to carry on the teachings since the students needed to improve their level of skills, they also needed
him to choose the gifted and bold students to participate in activities.
Since the Administration Office did not have a budget to support him they requested funding

from the Cultural Office or other offices. They held a meeting with the Administration Office, the cultural
instructor and the Cultural Office to come up with a final solution.
