January 2528 until the office building was finished. Kuan Niang District Office has been completed and has
moved to the present District Office since 24 March 2529.
Then according to a royal decree Kuan Niang Sub-District became "Kuan Niang District"in

2533 announced in the Government Gazette Volume 107 Part 83 dated 21 May 2533 taking effect from 22
May 2533 onwards, founded on 2 January 2534.
