                            enfold back foot, use hand to press the big toe,httle toe base,
                            use hand squeezes like a clamp, use hand tomassage, pass
                            under the ankles, knuckles rub alternating under the a9kles,
                            tbumb rub under outside ankles, thumb whirls round outside·

                            the ankles, thumb rub under inside ankles, thumb whirls
                            round inside ankles, thumb presses to rub the ankle, thumb

                            rub alternate hands at the ankle.

                           Massaging knees

                           - Use the right hand to massage near the knees, use the right
                           hand to massage the knees, use the  right thumb to massage the
                          knees, use the right hand to massage under the knees, use the left

                           hand to massage knees, use the left hand to massage near the
                          knees, use the left thumb to massage the knees, use the left hand
                           to massage under the knees. Demonstrating and practicing

                           - Use balm on the leg outside and inside, using the right hand
                            to massage touching lightly outside the leg and the calf,

                            using the left hand to massage inside the leg and the calf,
                            using the thumb to rub in 3 Iines front the shin outside,
                            using thumb rub 3 lines front shin inside, using the forefinger
                            to rub the back of the shin outside, using the forefinger press

                            rhythmically, pressing the shin bone inside, pressing shin
                            bone outside, using hand massage under the knees, using
                            hand press under the ligaments, knuckles presses outside

                            and inside the shin, knuckles press outside and inside shin,
                            use the right hand to touch the shin lightly on the back and
                            outside of the calf, using  the left hand touch lightly the side
                            of the shin on the back and inside the calf, touch lightly

                            the outside of the leg, touch lightly the inside of the leg
