Leaders, heads of Villages (Kamnan ) 8 people, starting from the first village chief Muen Yam
       p0ungkeaw,  followed by  Khun Rit Ritthiboon, Kamnan  Rit  Bunmano, Kamnan Hongrit Kantaphong,
       Kamnan Choo Rojchanasuwan (Eiw Ha Suo), Kamnan Song Rakjit, Kamnan Chuan Chaingam, Mr.Boonsin
       Kerdsri and the current village chief is Mr.Kamnan Chai Sea Lim.  Currently the administration is divided

       into 13 subdivisons including:
                  Moo 1 Ban Khlong Clar
                  Moo 2 Ban Yang Hak
                  Moo 3 Bang Rieng

                  Moo 4 Ban Bang Rieng Bon
                  Moo 5 Ban Bang Rieng Tai
                  Moo 6 Ban Koh Nam Rob
                  Moo 7 Ban Bang Thung

                  Moo 8 Ban Ko Yai
                  Moo 9 Ban Khlong Chang
                  Moo 10 Ban Loh Nun

                  Moo 11 Ban Phraek Suwan
                  Moo 12 Ban Khok Muang
                  Moo 13 Ban Na Kuan
                  According to the Ministry of Interior Act, BE 2537 issued about the Sub district Council and
       Sub district Organization, effect of raising the status of the Sub District Development Council Bang Rieng to

       Sub District Organization Bang  Rieng.  The first  chief of Sub  district Administration Organization and
       management of Bang Rieng is Mr.Boonsin Kerdsri, and the present one is Mr.Nikon Yangthong who has
       been elected since 2542.



       Topography
                  The area is generally hilly plains and basins suitable for rubber plantations, vegetable gardens
       and fisheries due to the rainy weather all year and the location next the Songkhla Lake and the coastal areas

       are as follow:
                   1. Hills include Moo 9, 11 and 13, appropriate for rubber plantations
                   2. Plains include  Moo  1, 4, 7 ,8  and  10, suitable  for  plantation of rice paddies paddy and
       vegetables cultivation

                   3. Basins include Moo 2,3,5,6, and  12 suitable for rice plantations, vegetables, and coastal
       fisheries


        Population

                   Bang Rieng Sub district has  9,012 households with a  total  population of 2,249 inhabitants
        divided to 4,411 men and 4,601 women with an average density of 129 people per square kilometer.
