Responses for each question were not at all, a

little, very much and most. The 15 items consist of 12
positive items including positive effect, mental quality,

mental capacity and family support and 3 items for
negative effects. The scores for the positive items are 0
for "not at all", 1 for "a little" , 2 for "very much", and 3 for

"most". The opposite scores were given to the negative
items; 3 for "not at all", 2 for "a little", 1 for "very much"

and O for "most". The total scores of the 15 items are
45 points means those with the □est mental health. The
minimum score is O points means those with the worst

mental health.
